Lego Windmill Set Now $1900 On Ebay, Still Won’t Power Your Home |

Remember that limited-edition Lego Windmill set we mentioned a few months back? As it turns out, all the hoopla generated by the blogosphere over its uber-coolness is translating into a massive selling price on eBay. Currently, there are three listings up — all over $1,000, and one going for $1,900!
Of course, these are simply numbers pulled from some magical Lego cloud of values — and are the recommended starting bids. Thankfully, there are as yet no takers — giving some hope that people would rather throw that cash at some real-life solar panels or personal turbines than one made from inter-locking blocks.
Of course, there are 8 days left, so I’m not holding my breath…
