If you dont think their is a positive ROI on this kind of project, both financially (which we as consumers and the owners and users of this airport benefit from) and environmentally because frankly that is a substantial amount of power being generated without any additions to the brown cloud, you need to either smoke a lot more, or stop, or switch to something stronger... not sure which. So nearsighted. Oh well, can't please some people any of the time I guess. No mention of the tons of arsenic to make the silicon cells, nor the tons of glass required, the tracking systems and computers to drive that, no mention of the frailty of the system to a hail storm... not even mention that on a cloudy day we do not have the technology to store ANY grid power so ya gotta have the coal plants on the side anyway...oh, and never mind that it is not likely to last more that 10-15 years. So what is the TRUE environmental impact of this boondoggle?
